Business Persons' Dinner
In October each year the club holds a Business Persons' dinner for local business and professional leaders in the Rutherglen area.
In 2002 we had the pleasure of Ken Boundy, the Managing Director, Australian Tourism Commission, speak about tourism in Australian and overseas. For those who don't know, Ken was a research officer at the Rutherglen Research Institute for over 10 years before moving on to different pursuits.
Over 100 people attended the dinner at Tuileries Restaurant.
